1. Non-Custodial & Privacy-First Philosophy

TonFair operates as a decentralized peer-to-peer prediction market on the TON (The Open Network) blockchain. We believe in privacy by design. Our architecture relies on non-custodial smart contracts, meaning you do not open a traditional account with us and we never hold custody of your private keys or personal identity documents.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike centralized financial institutions or traditional online sportsbooks, TonFair does not collect:

• Your legal name, home address, or government identity numbers;
• Your email address or phone number for user access;
• Traditional banking credentials, credit card numbers, or fiat account details;
• Your wallet private keys or recovery seed phrases (which never leave your device).

3. Information We Collect or Process

This technical data includes:

• IP address (used temporarily for rate limiting and DDoS defense);
• Browser type, operating system, and language preferences;
• Timestamps and requested endpoints (e.g., API requests).

When you use platform features, we also store data linked to your public wallet address: your orders and deals, comments and likes, game results (such as Guess the Team and Fan Power), and — only if you choose to link it — your Telegram account ID, which we use for support replies and notifications. Support requests you send are stored together with that information.

Server logs are automatically purged or rotated on a regular schedule and are never sold or shared with commercial data brokers.

4. Blockchain Data Transparency

When you interact with the TON blockchain through TonFair (connecting your wallet, funding a deal, withdrawing from your Vault, or placing an order):

• Your public wallet address, transaction amounts, and smart contract calls are publicly recorded on the decentralized TON blockchain ledger;
• Blockchain data is immutable, public by default, and independent of TonFair;
• TonFair cannot alter, erase, or conceal on-chain transaction history.

5. Local Storage & Cookies

TonFair uses minimal client-side browser storage (such as localStorage) strictly for essential functionality:

• Storing user UI theme preference (dark/light mode);
• Caching TonConnect wallet connection state and your session token;
• Saving local game progress for guests;
• Saving user interface filter selections.

We do not deploy third-party advertising tracking cookies or cross-site tracking beacons.

6. Third-Party Services

To provide network connectivity and node scanning, the interface may interact with:

• TON RPC Nodes & API Providers: for querying blockchain state;
• TonConnect / Wallet Providers: for message signing (e.g., Tonkeeper, Telegram Wallet). Your interaction with wallet software is governed by their respective privacy policies.

7. Security of Your Information

We implement standard cryptographic protocols (TLS/SSL encryption for all HTTP and WebSocket connections) to protect data in transit. However, you remain solely responsible for safeguarding your personal device, TON wallet, and private keys.

8. Your Rights & Contact Information

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding information held about you under applicable data protection laws. Because we do not collect identity documents, we generally cannot link a wallet address to a real-world identity. You may ask us to unlink your Telegram account or delete off-chain data associated with your wallet by contacting us; on-chain data cannot be deleted.

TonFair is intended for users aged 18 and over. We may update this Privacy Policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
